• Payment must be made before I start the commission in full through Paypal invoice in USD.• After reaching an agreement before the commission, details CANNOT be changed• No refunds will be granted. This is due to PayPal issues with my country.• Commercial use will be charged 300% of the original price• You cannot alter the artwork by yourself, or through anyone else. Ask me and me alone• Credit me wherever you post the artwork• You're free to ask for minor changes. You have one major edit for free (i.e. pose change), after that it will be charged extra• I have full right to the artwork but do not own the intellectual property/characters used in said artwork• You cannot resell the piece made• If personal circumstances (illness, loss of technology, etc.) occur, I'll inform you ASAP• If the client cuts contact with me after payment without prior notice for 1 week, the commission is cancelled and no refunds will be provided• I'll constantly provide WIPs through major stages• After buying 8 arts with me you get a "Sketch" or "Chibi" art for free (adopts counting)• If the commission is cancelled, I have the right to re-use the sketch for anything else• Failing to abide by these rules will result in your commission being cancelled, with no refund provided• I have the right to decline any request for any reason• By working with me, you agree with my TOS
